Key Stage 3 Overview
Our curriculum from Year 7 onwards engages from the outset with powerful knowledge because we believe that every child deserves the chance to learn from the best of what has been written and said. Placing powerful knowledge at the heart of each individual subject curriculum means that we’re equipping our students to build their knowledge and skills over time so that they know more, remember more and .
Our curriculum covers all aspects of the National Curriculum and is broad and balanced so that it provides our students with the best chances to make informed and confident decisions at the end of year 9 when making choices in Years 10 and 11.
Key Stage 4 Overview
Our key stage 4 curriculum sequencing and structure is designed to build on from what students learn in years 7-9, with the opportunity to explore specific subjects in even greater depth. We offer a broad choice when it comes to options subjects because we believe in supporting our students in finding the pathway that is right for them. We want our students to be able to select options that will fulfil their interests, aspirations and individual needs.
