At Ellowes Hall we strive to do our very best for children in our care and it is important that you tell us if you think we have got it right just as much as if you think we need to put it right! The feedback that we receive is almost always positive but we understand that there may be occasions when things may appear not to have gone as you expected. In these instances
we would ask that you contact the school to discuss these concerns.
The school has a Complaints Policy that we follow in these instances. We try very hard to ensure that issues raised are resolved quickly and appropriately. Last year we received and dealt with two Formal Complaints.
